We've visited this place so many times, and each visit is just as amazing as the last. It's hands down the best boba spot in Texas! The service, variety, and flavors are out of this world. The place is always clean and has a great vibe.

Great little hangout place. Love the music, bobas are always on point. Looks like they have some good pastries also. These young ladies are always very nice and cordial. Thank you for keeping it real, simple and un-woke.

Spacious seating! Love the fresh ingredients and the variety. Tea Milky slush Lemonades Power drinks Easy to walk to from the movie theater for sweets Parking can be tricky to find close

Love that this place freshly brews their teas! I always order the Royal Ceylon milk tea with boba, and it's such a treat. It takes 5 minutes or so to brew fresh but the flavor makes the wait time worth it! A cute little spot that I frequent to catch up with friends, have some alone time, or work.

Make you dance dragon tea tastes of rose with a mix of tropical fruits like pineapple. So unique and refreshing on a hot summer day. No. 1 boba tea has a great selection of fruit, milk, and slushy drinks. They even advertised a whey protein add in. The vibes are friendly with many seating areas with couches and games to play with friends and hang out for a while.

A large two flavor slush is $7.50. Total with regular boba will run you $8.66. It's definitely a splurge of a treat for an every once in a while experience.

Decaf black tea, caffeinated black tea, fruit juices in various forms, and lots of topping choices. They use a dairy free milk alternative. Ask for the ingredients just in case but I believe it's free of all of the top allergens. Great spot for kids. We were having fun with some of the games while we waited. Lots of seating and a comfy couch. Parking can be difficult if it's meal time and evening. This is located by the Cinemark.

This place serves boba and fruit tea in a cozy atmosphere. While not as good as the original location in Las Vegas, it still provides quality tea. When I was here, I didn't try the boba but the tea only. The tea offered a balanced blend of fruit and sweetness. I was also able to partake in a quick game of uno on the comfy couch in front of the faux fireplace. If looking for a cozy tea spot in the area, this may be the one for you.
